The Jazz Relics

Get ready to hit the dance floor as The Jazz Relics bring an irresistible mix of traditional jazz to the Georgiana Room at Gosford’s Central Coast Leagues Club on Sunday 6 September, from 2pm to 5pm.

Brimming with energy, charm and vintage flair, the band features Jim Lions on trumpet, Geoff Power on trombone, Rachel Goeldner on piano, Chris Gildersleave on banjo, Peter Boys on string bass and Peter Hogan on drums.

Although The Jazz Relics are a recently formed band, several members have been playing traditional jazz together since 1978. Over the years, they have performed throughout Sydney and the Central Coast, at race tracks across the Hunter Valley, and at regular gigs at Newcastle’s Northern Star Hotel for 18 years. They have also been firm favourites at the much-loved Newcastle Jazz Festival, which, sadly, has been cancelled this year.

With decades of experience and a shared love of traditional jazz, The Jazz Relics deliver a lively and captivating performance that will appeal to jazz lovers, dancers and anyone simply looking for a great afternoon out.

So bring your friends, grab your dancing shoes and join us in the Georgiana Room at Central Coast Leagues Club from 2pm to 5pm on Sunday 6 September.

Entry is just $10, including a strip of raffle tickets for your chance to win some great prizes.

Come along, enjoy the music and dance the afternoon away with The Jazz Relics!
