The Jive Bombers

Appearing in a special concert on Sunday 2 August, from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm in the Parkview Room at Gosford's Central Coast Leagues Club, is the renowned Sydney band The Jive Bombers.

The band features Pete Morand (trumpet), Don Hopkins (piano and vocals), Dave Glyde (saxophone), Tony Georgeson (drums and vocals), and Mark Roulston (double bass and vocals).

Formed in 1985, The Jive Bombers have delighted audiences at festivals, clubs, and special events across Australia. The return of Don Hopkins on piano reunites the band with almost its original lineup. Their lively repertoire spans swing, blues, boogie-woogie, and Latin, delivering something for every music lover. Don was also runner-up at the International Blues Challenge in Memphis in 2012, adding world-class credentials to the band's outstanding musicianship.
